By filling in the contact form with their Data, Users consent to its use to respond to requests for information, quotations or any other type of request indicated in the form heading.
Personal Data processed: surname; email address; first name; telephone number; various types of registration Data entered by the User, such as a tax identification number.
Users assume responsibility for the Personal Data shared through this website and guarantee that they have the right to communicate or disclose it, releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties.

Methods and place of processing the collected Data
Processing methods
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out using computer and/or electronic tools, with local applications and exclusively internal access. The organisational methods and procedures are strictly related to the stated purposes.
Legal basis for processing
By completing and submitting the Form, Users freely give their consent for the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller consequently processes Users’ Personal Data on the basis of that consent and to fulfil those purposes.
Place of processing
Data is processed at the operating offices in Italy. Data may also be stored at a Data Centre physically located within the European Union, with access restricted to authorised Alpina Raggi personnel. No transfer of Users’ Personal Data outside the European Union is envisaged.
Data is processed and retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
Rights of personal data subjects
Users, as data subjects, meaning the individuals to whom the Data relates, hold the rights granted by the GDPR. In particular, under Articles 12–23 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to request and obtain, at any time, access to their personal data, information about the processing carried out, rectification and/or updating of personal data, erasure and restriction of processing. They also have the right to object to processing and to request data portability, meaning receipt of their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Finally, data subjects always have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. The above rights may be exercised at any time by submitting a simple request to the Data Controller. The Data Controller reviews and responds to requests as soon as possible and, in any event, within one month.
